Satish Manchikanti

The Co-Founder of U&I, one of India’s largest and fastest-growing youth movements, and the Co-Founder of Change+, an innovative leadership development firm. Driven by his passion for social change and his entrepreneurial mind, he has been successful in leading an organisation that has engaged over 30,000 volunteers to provide quality education to children from less privileged backgrounds across 40 cities in India.

Satish has several national and international speaking credits to his name, including 3 TEDx talks. His powerful speeches are drawn from his rich experiences and he has a natural flair for story-telling. He is known for his unconventional leadership style and motivational training. He crafts high-impact training solutions for his clients and helps young people identify and own their unique value proposition. He is a recognised expert in creating media solutions that engage diverse audiences.

Satish is a visionary with a creative streak. Apart from directing, producing and writing about a hundred corporate films, he has written and co-directed the critically acclaimed documentary, ‘A Handful of Dreams’.

Satish is a 2020 Gratitude Fellow.
